Analýza a hodnocení mzdového systému v podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with analysis and evaluation of salary system in the real enterprise. In the theoretical part are defined and characterized terms which are related to questions of salary system such as remuneration, salary and it´s forms or payroll system. I also formulate the methodology that is used in the application part. The practical part focuses on analysis of selected criteria such as employee structure, salary rates, salary forms, productivity, labor costs and the awerage salary. Based on the results of analysis is each area assessed. Finally, I summarize the key findings and adumbrate the concept of a new salary system in the company.
