Abstract
At the beginning, basic performance rules for life test are mentioned. Then, introduction to probability theory follows in order to understand necessary math used further on. After that, Weibull probability function and maximum-likelihood method for estimate the Weibull probability function parameters is explained. That is used for designing a makro in Excel. At the end, there are 2 examples showing use of the makro.
