Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the most economically efficient proposal of future use of industrial area in Březno after termination of mining. Feasible options of usage of the area are compared and reviewed in terms of most economically efficient way for the company. From four theoretical proposals, the most economically efficient one for Severočeské doly a.s. is chosen.
