Odborná způsobilost fyzických osob v požární ochraně

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with professional qualifications of physical entities in fire protection – the ways of gaining and loosing these qualifications according to the law number 133/1985 Sb., on fire safety. The analysis begins with explanation of what is the main task of qualified person in fire protection and why qualified people in fire protection are important. The bachelor thesis also deals with the historical context of the evolution of the law involving professional qualifications in fire protection. Comparison with professional qualifications in other fields, e.g. risk management in work safety or authorization of persons who project fire safety of buildings is also important part of the bachelor thesis. In the end of the thesis it is analyzed what I think causes problems and what may be a solution to these problems.
