Analýza interní logistiky v odděleních obrobny a montáže

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze current situation of internal logistic in departments of Machining and Assembly at company Brembo Czech s.r.o. The thesis is devided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part are given the definitions of terms of the given issues and the description of the used methods. In the practical part, the author of the thesis dealt with the analysis of the current situation of internal logistics. During analysis were used Diary method and Observation. The subject of the snapshots were employees distributing material from the warehouse to the production lines. On the basis of the analysis carried out were identified the most problematic areas which cause inefficiencies in the supply of production lines by the material The author of this diploma thesis has proposed to solution of these problems. One of the solutions, namely the change of job content in the supply of production lines by the material, was realized during the elaboration of this diploma thesis. Subsequently, further analysis and comparison of internal logistics status was performed before and after the change. The analysis showed that there was an increase in work efficiency compared to the original state and an increase in flow of material flows through the production process.
