Měření zvolených parametrů signálu při průchodu skrz stavební materiály konstrukcí budov

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the experimental evaluation of electromagnetic signal attenuation as it passes through selected building materials and components in the 940 MHz, 2140 MHz, 3700 MHz, and 5500 MHz frequency bands, which correspond to the frequency bands used in current technical security systems. In the context of these systems, reliable wireless transmission is a key prerequisite for their effective integration and functionality. The aim of this thesis was to design and carry out experimental measurements that would subsequently enable a quantitative comparison of the influence of selected building materials and structures on signal attenuation under conditions corresponding to real-world building operations, as well as its direct quantification. The results obtained from the measurements can serve as a relevant basis for predicting coverage and optimizing the design of wireless communication components in technical security systems.
