Měření teploty a výkonových parametrů elektromotoru LEM-200 a návrh technologie chlazení pro použití v prototypu E-Buggy

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with measuring the power characteristics of an electric motor LEM200-D13. The thesis introduces a design of a cooling system for this motor and the implementation of this design. The motor is used as a drivetrain of a prototype of an electric buggy, which was developed at the Department of Materials and Technologies for Vehicles. There was a need to find out the performance parameters of this motor using battery box which is working with a voltage of 48 V. The power parameters are known from the manufacturer. However, they had only been measured at a voltage of 72 V. A mechanical connection between an electric motor and engine dynamometer had to be designed and manufactured for the implementation of measuring. A stand for this motor was built. Afterwards, a connection of electric motor to the battery box and engine dynamometer Superflow SF-902 was made. Finally. an experimental measuring was carried out. Because the electric motor is not protected from dirt and water, it was necessary to design and manufacture a cooling system of these motors which at the same time serves as a protection for these motors.
