Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivace zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je popsat současný stav v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců firmy Visteon-Autopal, s.r.o., analyzovat jej pomocí dotazníkového šetření a na základě tohoto šetření se pokusit navrhnout opatření na zlepšení situace. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsem čerpala z odborné literatury, kdy jsem popsala základní pojmy, teorie a definice. V praktické části jsem nastínila současný stav motivace ve firmě, čerpala jsem z kolektivní smlouvy a příslušných vnitropodnikových směrnic. K praktické části patří také grafické vyhodnocení dotazníku a následné návrhy na zlepšení situace ve firmě.

This Bachelor thesis deals with topic of employee motivation. The goal is to describe the current state of the motivation of company employees, Visteon Autopal Ltd. Analyze it by using a questionnaire and on the basis of this investigation is to try to propose measures to improve the situation. The work is divided into theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I drew from literature, which I described the basic concepts, theories and definitions. In the practical part I outlined the current state of motivation in the company; I drew from the collective agreement and the relevant internal guidelines. The practical part includes a graphical evaluation questionnaire and subsequent suggestions for improvement in the company.
