Analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané průmyslové společnosti

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with issues of employee satisfaction in a selected industrial company. The main content of this work is to find out the level of satisfaction of employees, to reveal various shortcomings, to propose improvements and recommendations. The introductory part is focused on the theoretical starting points of human resources management and personnel marketing, together with defining basic concepts related to satisfaction and motivation including the chosen method of questioning and possible ways of measuring satisfaction. The practical part presents an analysis with an evaluation of data from a questionnaire survey and verification of an established hypothesis. On the basis of the results obtained proposals and recommendations are developed that could lead to increased satisfaction and ensuring of high performance of employees in the company.
