Obnova katastrálního operátu přepracováním souboru geodetických informací do digitálního vyjádření k.ú. Stará Červená Voda

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je Obnovu katastrálního operátu. V této práci byla popsána Obnova katastrálního operátu přepracováním souboru geodetických informací do digitálního vyjádření v katastrálním území Stará Červená Voda. To vše v deseti ucelených částech. Úvod byl věnován informacím o katastrálním území Stará Červená Voda, zahájení obnovy operátu a přípravným pracím. Následuje revize katastru a výběr využitelných podkladů. Před samotným zpracováním KMD je nutno vyhledat a zaměřit identické body v systému S-JTSK pro tvoru zpřesněného rastru, coby jedním z podkladů pro vyhotovení KMD. Dále byly v této práci popsány geodetické metody, kterými byly získány souřadnice podrobných bodů a způsoby vykreslení polohopisu budoucí KMD. Následují nezbytné kontroly, export dat a finální aktualizace dat v ISKN. Vše je zakončeno seznámením vlastníků nemovitostí s výsledky obnovy katastrálního operátu a vyhlášením její platnosti.

I have chosen the Restoration of Land Registry Plan as the topic of my Master’s Thesis. The Restoration of Land Registry Plan has been described by transformation of geodetic information file into digitalised output in Stará Červená Voda region in the thesis. All that in ten compact parts. Introduction has focused on information about cadastral area of Stará Červená Voda, beginning of renovation of the land registry plan and preparation works. It has been followed by examination of the cadastre and selection of applicable sources. Before processing the KMD, it is essential to allocate and focus the identical points in the S-JTSK system for formation of accurate grids as laying foundation of the KMD. Geodetic methods have been described in the thesis, which conveyed methods of gathering coordinates of detailed landmarks/points and the manner in which the topography of the future KMD is portrayed. Essential audit and export of data, with final update of data in ISKN follows. The process is finalised by introduction of the outcome of the restoration the land registry plan to the landowners and its promulgation.
