Vliv automatizace na bezpečnost pracovníků ve výrobním závodu

Abstract

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of occupational health and safety management in connection with the transition from manual to automated production. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the risks in both manual and automated operations and to indicate how automation affects working conditions in terms of OSH. The theoretical part summarizes basic concepts, requirements for OSH documentation and then an overview of typical risks and safety features for both types of operations. The practical part focuses on a specific production plant where the automation of a packaging line has taken place. The main advantages and disadvantages of the automated operation are described by means of a risk analysis and a comparison with the previous manual operation. Finally, the thesis proposes new safety measures and adjustments to OSH documentation. The result of my bachelor thesis is an overall assessment of the impact of automation on occupational health and safety.
