Analýza podnikatelské výkonnosti sportovní organizace

Abstract

The subject of diploma work is Analysis of entepreneurial produktivity of sport organization HC Slezan Opava. The goal of this work is to find possible sources to self-funding of club. This all in sequnce to efficiency and long-run philosophy of the club. The motive is ongoing economical crisis signifiyng a lot of limitations to clubs, whose are engaged in sports activities, from the cause of decreases of sources flowing to club from sponsors. In the first part of this work are defined theoretical basis, like the strategic management, goals of enterpreneurship and not least the possibillities of getting financial instruments in the sports. All those theoretical sources are consenquently transfered and modified to sport praxis in the second part of this work. It´s output is the summary of recommendations and proposals important to streamline the progress analysed sport organisation.
