Abstract

The goal of bachelor work is select the most suitable office space for our real estate experts selected by means of standard methods of valuation. The work consists of six chapters including introduction and conclusion. In the theoretical part are defined of the basic concepts: the real estate market, real estate, real estate market operators, etc. important part of this chapter is characteristic of the basic methods of valuation, which is used in the practical part. She also pays attention to developments in the market for office space in the city of Ostrava, in particular from 2004 to the present. The practical part is applied in selected valuation method (comparative) to determine the most suitable office space to the required criteria of an expert. In conclusion, the results are evaluated and provided recommendations for the expert to determine whether the office space rental or purchase, and that in particular.
