Abstract

This Diploma Thesis deals with Surveillance Camera System in Frýdek-Místek for traffic flow at the crossroads on the roads I/48 and I/56. The thesis is divided into two parts. The examination of the basic legal regulations related to surveillance camera system and the explanation of the theoretical assesment of camera system are presented in the first part of the thesis while the second part deals with risk analysis, description of the current surveillance camera system on the above-mentioned roads and propose a new innovative surveillance camera system.
