Abstract
Theses discusses administrative and mark valuation of the real estates in the Czech republic. The objective is execute administrative and market valuation on specific real estate and evaluate the methods used. Administrative valuation is done using Act No. 151/1997, in the case of market valuation, comparative and yield methods are used. In addition, the calculation of the tax on the acquisition of real estate is done and the most advatageous approach to calculating this tax is recommended.
