Korozní vlastnosti vybraných nátěrových systémů

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with testing and evaluation of protective properties of coating systems for steel. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on types of corrosion, methods of surface protection. Further the theoretical part analyzes the surface preparation before applying the coating. The experimental part deals with determination and measurement of coating thicknesses, determination of coating adhesion and metallographic analysis. The samples were submitted to an exposure test in the saline chamber. The practical part was completed with the results of the measurement and evaluation.
