Krizová připravenost s.p. Povodí Odry

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o připravenosti státního podniku Povodí Odry na řešení krizových situací v rámci své působnosti, což je spjato s tvorbou plánu krizové připravenosti podniku. Práce je rozdělena na tři dílčí části. V teoretickém úvodu popisuji problematiku činnosti podniku, v druhé části popisuji a kriticky hodnotím současný stav plánu krizové připravenosti s. p. Povodí Odry a v třetí, závěrečné části, popisuji současné legislativní požadavky na zpracování plánu a také navrhuji jeho aktualizaci.

The thesis deals with the preparedness of the state enterprise Povodí Odry for solving crisis situations in their scope of authority, which is connected with the enterprise’s plan of crisis preparedness creation. The thesis is split into three parts. In the theoretic introduction I describe the state enterprise business problematic, in the second part I describe and critically judge the current situation of the enterprise’s plan of crisis preparedness and in the third, final part, I describe current legislation requirements on the plan creation and I suggest the actualization of itself, too.
