Realizace firemních procesů pomocí systému M/Teambridge

Abstract

Práce pojednává o možnosti a způsobu použití systému Teambridge. Je také popisem mé vlastní zkušenosti s integrací programu do struktury firmy. Začal jsem popisem vlastního programu tak, jak jej představuje jeho autor. V další části je zpracování konkrétních procesů firmy. Následuje vizualizace procesů pomocí prostředí dodávané autorem systému. V ostatních částech je následná úprava řešení pro nejvhodnější použití. Práce končí zhodnocením nejen samotné úspěšnosti projektu, ale i celého dodaného systému.

This presented thesis aims to describe the possibilities and the real application of the Teambridge system. It also contains my own experience with integration of the software into a company structure. Thesis starts with the description of the software according to the developing author. Next part contains detailed elaboration of the particular processes within the company. The detailed visualization of the processes using the environment supplied by the developing author follows in next section. Remaining chapters contains the system solution adjustments aimed for the best performance.The final evaluation of the success of the project and the supplied system concludes this presented thesis.
