Abstract

The thesis is focused on the research of a competition analysis on the third party liability motor insurance market. The method of mystery shopping was used for the research. The research was conducted for the agency office of the Generali insurance company and it took place in the town of Bruntál. The theoretical part explains the term “competition”, the method of the research and the term “service”. The practical part deals with the research of the competiton itself. In conclusion all the results of the research are summerized and some recommendations are designed to improve the competitive position.
