Zajištění evakuace osob z nemocnic

Abstract

Celá práce je koncipovaná do dvou částí. První část obsahuje stať s úvodem do oblasti systému záchranářství a problematiky s tím spojené. Jsou zde vzpomenuty některé statistické údaje o počtech a příčinách mimořádných událostí ve zdravotnických budovách a jejich třídění podle různých kritérií, dále jsou zde uvedeny definice a pojmy z oblasti záchranářské, ale i ze zdravotnictví. Druhá část je zaměřená na konkrétní objekt, a sice Nemocnice Podlesí v Třinci – Kanadě. Následující kapitoly popisují samotný objekt Nemocnice podlesí. Tato část obsahuje popis objektu z hlediska stavebně technických parametrů, proběhnutými rekonstrukcemi objektu, úrovní stavebních parametrů z PBS, a konečně se věnuji i samotné možnosti evakuace z objektu nemocnice. Pro praktické ověření a posouzení evakuace jsem navrhl tématické cvičení na toto téma. Taktéž jsem provedl malou anketu s několika jednoduchými otázkami ve smyslu srozumitelnosti a možnosti orientace v objektu Nemocnice Podlesí z pohledu cizího návštěvníka a samotného personálu.

The theses are composing into two parts. First part contain passage witch prologue about system of lifesaving and problems connected witch this.

There are included some statistical data about numbers and causes of emergency events in the medical building and their classifications according to various criteria. Beside it there are noted definitions and key words from area lifesaving and health service.

The second parts is aimed at the building “Hospital Podlesí” which is located in the Třinec – Kanada. In the next chapters are description of the Hospital Podlesí”. This part contain hospitals- building – technical parameters. Contains the ¨reconstruction of the object and the level of building – parameters witch PBS. Finally there are report of possibility evacuation of the hospital. For practical analysis of evacuation hospital are there included thematic exercise in this theme. In this these are inquiry witch several question about orientation in the Hospital Podlesí from strangers’ point of view and personnel’s point of view.
