Abstract

The presented bachelor thesis deals with the safe working procedure of mould changing in injection moulding machines of Erwin Quarder CZ. The thesis describes the technology of plastic injection moulding, including a description of the machine, mould and safe work with the overhead crane. Furthermore, there is a description of the safe working procedure of mould change, including change under more difficult conditions. The main risks arising from these procedures are assessed and appropriate safety measures are suggested.
