Řízení rizik ve společnosti provádějící leteckou údržbu

Abstract

Risks are essential part of day-to-day life of all people and naturally also all organizations. Risk-based thinking is now also part of standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, in which the term “risk” is oftentimes used. Article 0.3.3 (Risk-based thinking) therein says that risk management is necessary for high-quality formation of a quality management system. Organization must plan and implement measures to solve risks and opportunities to comply with this standard. Risks may have negative or positive impact. If a risk has a positive impact, it may be an opportunity for an organization, but this may not always be the case [1]. The output of this thesis is to invent a procedure for risk analysis tailored for an organization engaged in aircraft maintenance. Demands on this type of organizations are increased, for example via SMS implementation (Safety Management System), in which case the integral part is reaveling and managing risks to prevent risk in aviation.
