Územní studie lokality Chmelnice - Napajedla

Abstract

The dissertation is focused on territorial study of the Chmelnice locality, Napajedla. The discussed territory is located in the cadastral area of Napajedla (no. 701572), in the north part of the city, on the left side of Morava river. The territorial study is proceeded from the analysis of the contemporary situation of the locality, the gathered findings of the territories and relation to the territorial plan as well. The study suggests the possibility of total utilization of this attractive locality. In the study is contained the urbanistic-architectonical concept of buildings for individual and collective living, also contains area for sports, recreation and green vegetation. Deals with the connection to the transport and technical infrastructure. Detailed discuses option of the predominance of living in the appartment houses is achieved to the level of documentation for the issue to the decision of placing the construction according to the regulation 499/2006 Sb. about documentation of constructions. Proposed constructions for living will be discuses in the extent of the capacity of study. The study also contains economical evaluation of the financial expense.
