Abstract

This diploma thesis analyze standard of occupational safety in GASCONTROL s. r. o. company. The thesis aims to examination of feedback between corporate culture and occupational safety and to make a suggestion of acceptable occupational health and safety management systems. Corporate culture and company management is one of important influence to occupational safety. Firms must continual improve their management and development of company to be prosperous company in the market. Care about occupational safety, have to be profitable in compare with carelessness.
