Psychologické aspekty komunikace zaměstnanců vězeňské služby

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the psychological aspects of communication used by prison service employees in their interaction with prisoners. The theoretical part defines basic concepts such as psychological communication, power and authority relationship. It also analyzes the influence of the environment on the behavior of individuals, describes the principle of effective communication and conflict resolution. The practical part includes qualitative research in the form of interviews with prison service employees, which examine their preparation and experience for differently challenging situations. It concludes by formulating lessons learned and recommended measures for improving communication between prison service staff and prisoners.
