Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the implementation of 5S methodology in heavy industry. The theoretical part is focused on approach of KAIZEN and 5S methods.
The practical part is focused on the characteristics of a chosse metallurgical company, implementation of 5S method at in a selected workplace, evaluation and proposals for improvement.
