Abstract
The objective of the master's thesis is to assess the crisis profile of a chosen business entity, by creating crisis scenarios to identify potential crisis vulnerability of the company and propose strategies to mitigate the impact of potencial crisis. The thesis is structured into theoretical and practical sections, further divided into several chapters. The first section introduces the methodology and theoretical framework of the thesis. The second part is focused into defining key concepts in crisis management, such as crisis, ciris management, crisis team, crisis scenario, crisis plan, company crisis, phases of crisis, outbrakes of crisis, vulnerability analysis and risk. Furthemore, in the second part, methods of analysis of the company environment are presented: Porter's model of five competitive forces, PESTLE analysis, VRIO analysis, model "7 S", financial analysis, SWOT analysis. The third part is devoted to the analysis of selected company and the determination of crisis vulnerability based on the individual analyses of the internal and external environment. In the fourth part, crisis scenarios are compiled as an output of the identification of potential crisis vulnerability of the company. The fifth part presents proposals to reduce the impact of potential crisis.
