Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I deal with Corporate Social Responsibility questions. Its main target is to make an analysis of CSR activities in the company BLOCK a.s. and offer a proposal of steps, that will provide conditions for implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility policy. The first part contains theoretical knowledge made for comprehension of the conception and definition of basic specialized terms.

The second part includes the concise introduction of company and its products and describes the six basic steps of the CSR planning. The output of the whole work is, except assesment of concrete benefits of CSR implementations for the BLOCK company, also operational plan, that gives information about concrete goals in the Corporate Social Responsibility field for a year including among others also resources needed and terms of activity´s fulfilment inclusive of responsibilities.
