Abstract
The theme of this thesis is financial management of WALMARK a.s. The aim of this work is to use the indicators of financial analysis, benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA and SWOT analysis and matrices IFE and EFE to determine the performance of the company. These methods were theoretically defined and subsequently supplemented by practical evaluation. Financial performance results of WALMARK a.s. were compared with the largest competitors on the market and compared in the pharmaceutical industry. On the basis of the results, the financial performance of the company was evaluated and ways of improving the financial situation of the company were proposed
