Abstract

Návrh a vícekriteriální hodnocení investičního projektu nákupu chemické linky ve společnosti JUTA a.s. Janalík Richard Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a hodnocením investičního projektu nákupu technologického zařízení. Problematika investic a inovací je v dnešní globalizující se ekonomice nejen aktuální, ale také čím dál tím důležitější v otázce konkurenčního boje. V úvodu jsou vymezena teoretická východiska pro investice, investiční projekty, dotace, vícekriteriální rozhodování, hodnocení užitností variant řešení a navazující aplikací těchto poznatků do návrhu a hodnocení reálného podnikového investičního projektu. Dále jsou představeny obecné podmínky čerpání dotací OP PIK a jeho hodnotící mechanizmy. Další podkapitola je věnována vícekriteriálním metodám hodnocení, zaměřuje se na vícekriteriální metody stanovení vah kritérií, metody hodnocení variant a její výstup, výběr varianty doporučené k realizaci. Na teoretickou část práce navazuje praktická část. Začíná obecnou charakteristikou společnosti JUTA a.s. a jejího závodu 2 Úpice, pokračuje krátkým přehledem již realizovaných dotačních projektů. Dále je popsán současný stav technologií se základním popisem zvažovaného investičního projektu. Následující kapitola je věnována modelu hodnocení pro výběr projektů podle pravidel OP PIK a kritéria pro splnění, které spolu s energetickým posudkem posoudí proveditelnost investičního projektu. V další kapitole jsou aplikovány metody vymezené v teoretické části práce s výsledným hodnocením užitností jednotlivých nabídkových variant. Dále následuje kapitola formulující jednotlivé fáze postupu při realizaci investičního projektu od zpracování zadávacích podmínek, přes jejich transparentní zveřejnění, vyhodnocení, až po samotnou realizaci a předání nové technologie. Návrhy a opatření pro řešení závažných rizik ohrožující realizaci investiční projektu nákupu chemické extruzní linky řeší kapitola následující kapitola. Realizovatelnost a přínosy zvažovaného investičního projektu jsou shrnuty v závěru diplomové práce. Rychlá modernizace a robotizace je pevně spjata s úspěšností a realizací investičních projektů, které do budoucna určí zásadním způsobem směr vývoje firmy.

Suggestion and Multi-criteria Evaluation of the Investment Project Acquisition of Chemical Line in Company JUTA a.s. Janalik Richard

This diploma thesis deals with the suggestion and evaluation of the investment project for the acquisition of technological equipment. The issue of investment and innovation is not only up-to-date in today's globalizing economy but also increasingly important in terms of competitive struggle. In the introduction are defined the theoretical starting points for investments, investment projects, subsidies, multi-criteria decision making, evaluation of the utility of solution variants and the subsequent application of this knowledge in the design and evaluation of a real enterprise investment project. In addition, the general conditions for the drawing of OP PIK subsidies and its evaluation mechanisms are presented. Another subchapter is devoted to multi-criteria methods of evaluation, it focuses on multi-criteria methods of weighting of criteria, methods of evaluation of variants and their output, selection of the variant recommended for implementation. The theoretical part of the thesis follows the practical part. It starts with the general characteristics of JUTA a.s. and its plant 2 Úpice, continues with a short overview of already implemented grant projects. The state of the art with the basic description of the investment project under consideration is described below. The following chapter is devoted to the evaluation model for the selection of projects according to the OP PIK rules and the criteria for fulfillment which together with the energy assessment will assess the feasibility of the investment project. In the next chapter are applied the methods defined in the theoretical part of the thesis with result evaluation of utility of individual offer variants. In addition, there is a chapter formulating the individual stages of the process of realization of the investment project from the elaboration of the terms and conditions, through their transparent publication, evaluation, to the actual implementation and the transfer of the new technology. Proposals and measures to address serious risks to the implementation of an investment project for the purchase of a chemical extrusion line are addressed in the following chapter. The realization and benefits of the investment project under consideration are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis. Quick modernization and robotization is firmly connected with the success and realization of investment projects, which in the future will decisively determine the direction of the development of the company JUTA.
