Abstract
The subject of the thesis is the verification of investment return in metallographic laboratory in the company VÚHŽ a. s. Return on investment is assessed at three upgraded devices in metallographic laboratory. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on investment decisions and investment and strategies. In the practical part are evaluated and analyzed risks of equipment investment.
