Analýza nákladů a výnosů dopravní společnosti

Abstract

In the presented thesis named ”Cost-benefit analysis of the selected company“ is prepared an overview of indicators of costs and benefits of the selected company and proposed measures to increase profits. The practical part includes a detailed analysis of these indicators and their subsequent evaluation. There are calculated the total costs and revenues over the last 4 years based on the theoretical knowledge, the proposed amendment and the actions that are listed in the last part of my thesis. The overall results should contribute to achieve corporate objectives, namely the increase of profits and costs reduction. Based on the analysis and my own experience, I have proposed an efficient way to invest and also tried to reveal hidden weaknesses that I have described in this thesis.
