Abstract

The topic of my thesis is the measurement of visitor satisfaction music festival. The theoretical part describes customer satisfaction and problems associated with it. The theory also describes the characteristics of the festival and its marketing environment. This section also describes the methodology for primary data collection, which was needed for research. The practical part contains an analysis of primary data and interpretation of results. The aim of the study was to analyze visitor satisfaction with the music festival Rock for People, Hradec Králové. The results were used to draw conclusions and proposed recommendations as inspiration for next years of festival.
