Abstract
The purpose of the diploma is the analysis of the current technology of production of cooled pate and cooled pre-cooked food. Herewith I propose variations of new possibilities of this technology along with evaluation of investment return and further optimal solution. Diploma is set to factors affecting to investment determination, SWOT analysis, market opportunity analysis and marketing mix.
