Řešení virtuálních serverů v CSV clusteru v redundantním režimu NoSPOF

Abstract

This master thesis deals with the description of virtualization, advantages and disadvantages of virtualization. Furthermore, by comparing the most widely used virtualization platforms for cluster in high availability mode in a commercial environment. At the same time the thesis contains a solution of a CSV high availability cluster for the needs of a medium-sized company. The proposed solution is tested on Microsoft Hyper-V and VMWare vSphere hypervisors. Tests are aiming to difference in performance, high availability, and economic differences between the both platforms. Based on these tests, is selected the optimal solution for high-availability cluster.
