Finanční analýza firmy v odvětví zbrojního průmyslu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza finanční situace společnosti Česká zbrojovka a.s. pomocí vybraných metod finanční analýzy. Analýza je provedena za posledních pět let, tj. 2006 až 2010. Všechny údaje vycházejí z účetních výkazů publikovaných ve výročních zprávách. Práce bude provedena z pohledu externího uživatele. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř základních částí. Druhá část se zabývá metodologickou částí, kde jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé postupy finanční analýzy, které jsou užity při výpočtech. Následuje představení společnosti, kde jsou zmíněny základní a důležité informace. V hlavní, aplikační části jsou provedeny, přehledně shromážděny a zhodnoceny jednotlivé výpočty. Součástí diplomové práce je i podkapitola věnovaná střeleckému družstvu České zbrojovky a.s. Důvodem je výjimečnost této spolupráce, kterou je propojení obchodní sféry a sportu. Na závěr je kapitola věnována celkovému zhodnocení výsledků a doporučení.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the financial situation of the company Česká zbrojovka a.s. by applying selected methods of financials analysis. The analysis is performed over the past five years, i.e. 2006 to 2010. All informations are based on published financial statements in annual reports. Analysis will be performed from the perspective of external users. The thesis is divided into four parts. The second part deals with the methodological part, which explains the various methods of financial analysis that are used in calculations. Next, introduction of the company is made where basic data and important information are mentioned. In the main part of the application are executed transparently collected and reviewed the calculations. There is in the thesis a subchapter devoted to the Shooting team CZUB.
