Abstract

The aim of the master thesis is to assess market value of equity of company Metrostav a.s. to 1st January 2013. The theoretical part describes category values, the reasons and general procedures of valuation, which are data sources, strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan. Main theoretical part is concentrated to description of methods for company valuation. In the next, company Metrostav a.s. is introduced. Application part includes analysis of external and internal background, financial analysis and compilation of financial plan for next five years. The particular earnings valuation methods are applied for valuation of Metrostav a.s. company. At the end of thesis, results of valuation by particular methods are present and single-factor sensitivity analysis is executed.
