Abstract

This thesis deals with analysis of the farming community, which focuses on the years 2006 to 2009. The thesis focuses on the processing of the strategic plan and community design financing options for those investment projects. As a priority project was chosen Bolatice reconstruction of primary schools, which have been designed in three distinct ways, where you can draw funds for investment. The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial management of municipalities Bolatice and propose funding options of the strategic plan of the village.
