Abstract
This dissertation discusses the possibility of increasing employees' satisfaction, which is the possibility to motivate them to a higher performance, which may rise the quality of providing services in the result. Due to a higher quality of provided services it is possible to increase the company application on the market. In the initial part, the dissertation is focused on the theoretical expression of the marketing research and its development. Next, there are information about the company followed by the practical part concerning the actual analyse and their potential possibilities.
The analyse was carried out by the method of the questionnaire survey, where are also shown analyse results in the form of graph and tables. In closing there were suggested recommendations and possibilities for the rise of the employees´ satisfaction.
