Štíhlé plánování bezpečnostních zásob a jejich vliv na vázané finanční prostředky firmy

Abstract

This thesis deals with lean planning of safety stock and total finished goods inventory in a selected company. The goal is to analyze current state of the inventory creation and propose its optimal size according to the principles of lean planning. First part defines terms related to inventory creation, lean planning tools and demand support tools. There are performed analyses of the current finished goods inventory creation and their classification based on ABC method in the second part of the thesis. Significant part of this thesis is dedicated to analysis of customer demanded goods development which affects creation of finished goods inventory to a large extent. Last chapter offers suggestions for finished goods inventory creation based on linear regression methodology and financial evaluation of these suggestions.
