Abstract

Vojtěch Polák, Family House in Hruškové Sady, Bachelor's Thesis, Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226, 2023. Thesis Advisor: Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare project documentation for construction in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on building documentation. The basis for the thesis was a design developed in the subject Atelier work V and documentation for building permission prepared in the subject Atelier work Va. The solved object is a Family House on the street V Hruškovém Sadu, Ostrava Muglinov, Slezská Ostrava, on parcels number 306/33 and 306/42. The thesis includes a textual part and processed project documentation for the solved object with a terrace, including engineering networks, hardened surfaces, and fencing. Appendices contain a drawing part with complete documentation for construction, detail drawings, and an architectural detail of the facade execution.
