Návrh bezpečného pracovního postupu při stáčení a plnění zásobníků a železničních cisteren

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zjednodušeného bezpečného pracovního postupu při stáčení a plnění zásobníků a železničních cisteren pohonnými hmotami ve vybraném skladu společnosti ČEPRO, a.s. První část diplomové práce obsahuje základní informace o vlastnostech automobilového benzínu a motorové nafty a jejich účincích na zdraví. Následují kapitoly zaměřené na popis vybavení, technologií a vybraných pracovišť. Zároveň je zde zhodnocen současně nastavený systém ve společnosti, zahrnující pracovní činnosti s pohonnými hmotami, bezpečnost zaměstnanců a pracovní postupy. Navržené zjednodušené a srozumitelné bezpečné pracovní postupy a další doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení BOZP související s plněním a stáčením pohonných hmot se nacházejí v závěru práce.

The thesis deals with design of simplified safe work procedure during tapping and filling the containers and rail tanks with fuel in a chosen storage of ČEPRO, a.s. company. The first part of the thesis contains basic information about the properties of petrol and diesel oil and their impact on health. Following chapters are focused on the description of equipment, technologies and selected departments. Concurrently, the currently set system in the company, containing the work activities with the fuel, safety of the employees and the work procedures. Designed simplified and understandable work procedures and other recommendations leading to improvement of the OSH related to tapping and filling are located in the conclusion of the thesis.
