Řízení dokumentovaných informací v systému managementu kvality velkého strojírenského podniku

Abstract

My bachelor thesis is specialized to the control of documented information in the quality management system in the company BONATRANS GROUP a.s.. In the first theoretical part of the work I describe the basic definitions and characteristics of quality, ISO standards, including the general classification and management of documentation. In the second practical part, after introducing the company, I analyze the current state of documents, especially how they are managed, and I suggest some recommendations that could help the organization improve the management system and make work easier.
