Modelování a optimalizace spolehlivosti systémů pro zásobování pitnou vodou

Abstract

The work deals with crisis planning with a focus on water supply, which represents the important role of water management. The thesis defines the critical infrastructure, describes its types, methods of protection and defines the critical water management infrastructure. The work also deals with water ecosystem in the Czech Republic and individual types of water systems for drinking water supply. In addition, there are presented the main risks threatening the entire segment of water management structures, including risk analysis, there are defined the strengths and weaknesses of individual parts of these buildings and last but not least the list of necessary requirements of crisis planning in water management in the form of crisis or emergency plans, And emergency water supply and so on. The thesis also deals with the identification of weak points of water supply systems by evaluating these large-scale infrastructure systems. The problem of risk analysis is described here in the form of semi-quadratic FMEA method - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, using the method of technical indicators - so called Methodology of evaluation of the technical condition of water mains and last but not least, the issue of planning the financing of the rehabilitation of water supply systems, according to the current Czech legislation. A part of the thesis is the application of described methods in the model area of Zaben, which is located near Frydek Mistek (city in the Czech Republic). The main part of input value were based on data received from owner and operator of water supply network and of course data obtained by through field surveys, which are necessary for resulting optimization proposal. At the beginning the data had to be evaluated and merged by using a tool of Facility Management – pasportization. These data were then analysed and on this basis an assessment of the water supply in Zaben was carried out. Subsequently, a recovery plan was also implemented for this water management plan and, last but not least, based on a summary of the results of the work, ways of access to the restoration and maintenance of water supply network in the municipality were proposed for the purpose of its sustainable development.
