Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with technological studies of flat-building elaboration, construction schedule, item bugets and technological proces of insulation clading. Thermal insulation clading will use STOMIX contact heating system where is a thermal insulator directly conected with the mansory and dont have any air gap between. Implementation of thermal insulation system leads to reduction in building operation costs, especialy needs of energy used for heating in winter time or air condishoning in summer. It also acts as a protection against walls freezing trough, prevents inseption of thermal bridges and not least because of insulation will this house have more sound insulation too.
