Abstract

This work is focused on the exploration of training for officials at the local authorities in the Czech Republic and management of motivation. The work is divided into four chapters and includes theoretical and practical. The theoretical part analyzes the basic principles of adult education and related training of staff. In the practical part of the thesis is an analysis of training of officials of local governments in the form of marketing research . Marketing research examines the " ordinary " local government official rather than officials in senior (or management) positions. This work introduces a number of outputs. Staff work very significantly affects the quality of work performed and the resulting efficiency of state administration. Selection of workers and their education are the main pillars of personal activities , which ultimately creates an image of the organization in the public eye.
