Abstract

Advanced Techniques of Process Capability Analysis This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of Advanced Techniques of Process Capability Analysis. In the first three chapters there are described and analysed the current approaches to process capability analysis including the methodologies of automotive industry VDA and QS 9000. In the fourth chapter there were introduced some advanced techniques of process capability analysis in cases the data have nonnormal or multivariate distribution. The practical part of this diploma thesis can be found in the fifth chapter and the aim was to evaluate process capability analysis in case there are observed more quality characteristics at the same time and determine equivalents of Cp, Cpk. In the last, sixth chapter there is proposed a general procedure of evaluation of process capability analysis for the fields, which were elaborated in this diploma thesis.
