Flotace černého uhlí a uhelných kalů na flotační lince

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá flotací černého uhlí a uhelných kalů na flotační lince. V teoretické části je popsán význam flotace, její obecné principy, působení a rozdělení flotačních činidel, samotný průběh flotačního procesu, faktory a podmínky ovlivňující jeho průběh. Cílem práce je porovnání výsledků frakčních flotací s flotačním činidlem Montanol 551, a Montanol 551 s přidáním Ca(OH)2. Flotační testy byly provedeny na vzorcích uhlí z černouhelných dolů Jankowice a Marcel (Polsko). Flotační testy byly provedeny na poloprovozní flotační lince v laboratořích VŠB-TU Ostrava.

This Diploma thesis deals with flotation of the bituminous-coal and coal flurry on the flotation line. The theoretical part describes the sense of flotation, its general principles, incidence and division of flotation agents, the process of flotation itself, factors and conditions influencing its process. The goal is the comparison of the results of fractional flotation with flotation agent Montanol 551 and Montanol 551 with addition of Ca(OH)2. Flotation tests were conducted on the samples of coal from bituminous coal mines Jankowice and Marcel (Poland). Flotation tests were conducted on the pilot-plant flotation line in the laboratories of VŠB-TU Ostrava.
