Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial management of allowance organization in the area of education, which is founded by regional authority.
In the second chapter, there are characterized allowance organizations as their founder. Specifically, differences between allowance organizations founded by the state and organizations founded by self-governing units.
In the third chapter is analyzed the economy of chosen allowance organization, Art School Leoš Janáček in Havířov. This analysis is carried out in a period of five years, from 2006 to 2010. Examined values are above all costs, revenues and fund management.
The content of chapter four is to evaluate activity and management of school in every year and comparison of data.
