Abstract
Bachelor thesis subject is statistical process control, control charts and their evaluation.
The first part represents putting statistical process control into quality management system, its theoretical basis, phases, types of control charts and theirs interpretations.
The second part is focused on the analysis of application of statistical process control in particular conditions at company Continental Automotive Systems Czech Republic Ltd. in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm and representing corrective actions of discovered week points.
